We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our valued customers. Please review our cancellation terms below:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund of the rental fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time will not be eligible for a refund.

​

• No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time will result in the full charge of the rental fee with no refunds.

• To cancel your reservation, please contact us at contact@flexectranspot.com as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
